We will happily accept returns and refunds if you are not happy with your purchase. We do encourage you to look closely at all photographs, descriptions and measurements before buying. If you're unsure about an item, please do contact us on email@example.com
We will accept returns up until 14 days after you have received your item. To return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your return request. Please include reason for your return, your order reference, any photos if item is damaged and best contact details for you. You will need to cover the cost of return postage and it is advisable to obtain proof of postage. If the item is damaged in transit to you, then we will cover the cost of return postage.
We cannot accept returns on personalised or custom made-to-order items.
Once we have received the returned item, we will process a refund to your payment method within 3 working days. This may take longer to appear in your account and will depend on your banks processing time.
